Friday 10th October - Insights Discovery

Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on Carl Jung’s personality theory, using a four-colour model to help individuals understand their own and others’ preferences, behaviours, and communication styles. It aims to improve self-awareness, team dynamics, and overall performance in the workplace. The first conference day is delivered by trained practitioners who guide participants to better understand themselves, their teams and create actionable and sustainable plans for team growth and school improvement.
Wednesday 4th March - Trinity Insights

Trinity Multi Academy Trust has a reputation for strong outcomes, effective and sustainable school improvement and investment in its people at all levels. On this conference day, participants will hear form different leaders across the Trust about their experiences, and lessons learned. There will also be the opportunity to review their progress against the goals they set themselves at the start of the programme and reflect on their own leadership style.
Thursday 2nd July - Industry Insights

Education can, at times, be quite an insular sector but we know that there are valuable lessons to be gained from leadership strategies, styles and systems in all walks of life. This conference invites speakers from across the education sector and beyond into the world of industry, defence and wider to share their experiences and knowledge to support participants with their leadership challenges and future. This is also an opportunity to celebrate the successes of participants.
