I have been leading in primary education since 2001, teaching across all key stages and delivering bespoke Maths sessions to School Direct trainees. I have supported the teaching of Maths in primary schools through developing both leaders and classroom teachers. I am the TIE's Primary Lead, working on the initial teacher training programme and supporting trainees on their journey to becoming effective classroom practitioners.

I have taught in secondary education since 2002 as a Head of Year and Curriculum Leader for Design and Performance. I have now been in my TiE role for 5 years and thoroughly enjoy working with new trainees into the education sector. I am a positive person who has a real passion for the pastoral side of schools; I hope I can inspire and motivate new teachers to embrace this area too.
