We offer a unique and impactful CPD opportunity for teams to explore both their individual characteristics as team members and collective team effectiveness. The CPD utilises a fantastic programme including an evaluation tool called ‘Discovery Insights’. This can be delivered in a bespoke manner, either as a day-long session, or in smaller chunks to suit your needs. Each team member gets a comprehensive individualised profile which draws out their strengths, areas for development and blind spots. Following exploration of the profiles we consider the dynamics of a team and challenge teams to become more self-aware, reflective and adaptive to get the most out of each other.

The Discovery Insights Team Effectiveness Programme offers a structured and impactful approach to enhancing team performance by leveraging psychological insights and personal awareness.

Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on Carl Jung’s personality theory, using a four-colour model to help individuals understand their own and others’ preferences, behaviours, and communication styles. It aims to improve self-awareness, team dynamics, and overall performance in the workplace. The first conference day is delivered by trained practitioners who guide participants to better understand themselves, their teams and create actionable and sustainable plans for team growth and school improvement.
